Only $1,500.00 per plan!

However, making the changes you need to ensure you build your dream home is our business!

For additional custom modifications of less than 50% of the total square footage is an additional $500.00!

Sometimes when you find a plan you like, it’s just a starting point. For our clients who require over 50% of the plan to be modified to meet their needs is only an additional $1,000.00

Anything else would be considered a custom design, so you would want to reference your chosen design in the ‘Custom Design’ section.
